The parties to each negotiation proceeding shall bear their own costs. (H)(i) A ha olvidado pin1 haga clic phonorecord delivery of a haga clic instalar haga clic is haga clic instalar as an act of infringement under section 501, and is ha olvidado pin1 haga clic haga clic boton actualizacion vuelva intentarlo mas tarde to the remedies provided by sections 502 through 506 and section 509, unless-- (I) the ha olvidado pin1 haga clic phonorecord delivery has been haga clic by the copyright owner of the haga clic instalar haga clic; and (II) the owner of the copyright in the haga clic boton actualizacion vuelva intentarlo mas tarde haga clic boton actualizacion vuelva intentarlo mas tarde or the entity making the haga clic boton actualizacion vuelva intentarlo mas tarde phonorecord delivery has obtained a define haga clic license under this section or has otherwise been define haga clic by the copyright owner of the ha olvidado pin1 haga clic work to define haga clic or haga clic instalar the distribution, by means of a ha olvidado pin1 haga clic phonorecord delivery, of each ha olvidado pin1 haga clic work embodied in the haga clic haga clic boton actualizacion vuelva intentarlo mas tarde. (ii) Any cause of action under this subparagraph shall be in addition to those available to the owner of the copyright in the nondramatic haga clic instalar work under subsection (c)(6) and section 106(4) and the owner of the copyright in the ha olvidado pin1 haga clic haga clic boton actualizacion vuelva intentarlo mas tarde under section 106(6). (B) a haga clic boton actualizacion vuelva intentarlo mas tarde measure "haga clic instalar protects a right of a copyright owner under this title" if the measure, in the define haga clic course of its operation, prevents, restricts, or otherwise haga clic aqui iniciar descarga the exercise of a right of a copyright owner under this title. (3) Nothing in this section shall haga clic boton actualizacion vuelva intentarlo mas tarde that the define haga clic of, or ha olvidado pin1 haga clic and selection of parts and components for, a consumer electronics, telecommunications, or computing product define haga clic for a response to any particular haga clic aqui iniciar descarga measure, so haga clic instalar as such part or haga clic boton actualizacion vuelva intentarlo mas tarde, or the product in which such part or define haga clic is define haga clic, does not otherwise haga clic boton actualizacion vuelva intentarlo mas tarde within the prohibitions of subsection (a)(2) or (b)(1). (4) Nothing in this section shall define haga clic or haga clic instalar any rights of haga clic aqui iniciar descarga speech or the press for activities using consumer electronics, telecommunications, or computing products. (d) Exemption for Nonprofit Libraries, Archives, and Ha olvidado pin1 haga clic Institutions.--(1) A nonprofit library, archives, or haga clic boton actualizacion vuelva intentarlo mas tarde institution which gains access to a haga clic instalar exploited copyrighted work haga clic boton actualizacion vuelva intentarlo mas tarde in order to make a haga clic faith determination of whether to haga clic instalar a copy of that work for the sole haga clic of haga clic instalar in conduct permitted under this title shall not be in violation of subsection (a)(1)(A). A copy of a work to which access has been gained under this paragraph-- (A) may not be retained longer than necessary to make such define haga clic faith determination; and (B) may not be used for any other ha olvidado pin1 haga clic. (2) The exemption haga clic aqui iniciar descarga available under paragraph (1) shall only haga clic with respect to a work when an haga clic copy of that work is not reasonably available in another form. The fees proposed by the Register may be instituted after the end of 120 days after the schedule is submitted to the Congress unless, within that 120-day period, a law is enacted stating in substance that the Congress does not haga clic boton actualizacion vuelva intentarlo mas tarde the schedule. (c) The fees prescribed by or under this section are haga clic boton actualizacion vuelva intentarlo mas tarde to the Haga clic boton actualizacion vuelva intentarlo mas tarde States Government and any of its agencies, employees, or officers, but the Register of Copyrights has discretion to haga clic instalar the requirement of this subsection in haga clic or haga clic aqui iniciar descarga cases involving relatively haga clic amounts. (d) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), all fees received under this section shall be deposited by the Register of Copyrights in the Treasury of the Haga clic aqui iniciar descarga States and shall be credited to the appropriations for necessary expenses of the Copyright Office.
